When you visit us for the first time, please bring your pet’s current list of vaccinations, and be sure to let us know about any chronic conditions your pet has experienced and new concerns you may have.

Before your first visit, please print and fill out the New Client Form for Cats or the New Client Form for Dogs, fill it in as completely as you can, and bring it along with your pet to his or her first appointment.
We accept a variety of payment options, including:

Payment is expected at the time of service. We do not accept checks.
Many of our clients have found pet insurance to be a valuable tool for managing their pet’s health care expenses. There are many choices of pet insurance available, and we encourage you to thoroughly research any insurance plan to make sure it meets your pet’s needs.
